Learning has been a central element of the Fulfilling Lives programme.

£112 million was invested over 8 years in local partnerships in 12 areas across England, helping people experiencing multiple disadvantage access more joined-up services tailored to their needs. The programme changed lives, systems and had beneficiary involvement at its heart. Read more about Fulfilling Lives.

The National Lottery Community Fund commissioned a team led by the University of Sheffield and CFE Research to evaluate the Fulfilling Lives: Supporting people experiencing multiple disadvantage initiative and to provide a package of learning support. Read more and meet the team.

The partnerships supported people experiencing multiple disadvantage including homelessness, reoffending, substance misuse and mental ill health.
