If a beneficiary leaves the project and is no longer accessing support they should be included in the return for the quarter that they leave with the relevant fields completed (‘End of engagement’ date and ‘Destination’). Then, there is no need to report on this client in any subsequent returns of beneficiary records data. If that person then re-engages with the project, they should be included in any subsequent quarterly returns. However, we do wish to continue tracking service use after someone leaves a project so admin data should be collected and reported if possible as long as their consent for this remains in place.
