If the Outcome Star is completed more than once between reporting periods, which data should we report back?

In this circumstance, for the national evaluation, projects should report back just the latest data recorded for a client at the required six month intervals. We will be using Outcome Star data as a snap-shot taken every six months and do not require more frequent reporting. If projects wish to complete the Outcome Star more frequently and use this information for the local evaluation/planning it is fine to do so.
