We have been unable to provide inclusion/exclusion criteria for the accessing support fields of the service-user record as they could be extensive with projects having some discretion in this regard. The key issue for us is that if you feel it is justified to respond yes to any of the categories then it is fine to do so. I realise this isn’t the definitive answer that you were looking for. We’re keen to strike a balance between providing projects with sufficient information for the data to be consistent whilst also not making it so prescriptive that it is becomes practically difficult and time consuming for partnerships to implement.
